Sales & Recruitment

Join our team and gain valuable experience in sales strategies and career & recruitment processes remotely.

Sales Activities
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients using a variety of sources - both Online and Offline.

  • Client Outreach: Assist in reaching out to prospective clients through email, calls, social media and virtual meetings.

  • Material: Help create presentations / proposals / text-audio-video media

  • CRM Management: Maintain and update records in the CRM system to track Sales activities, progress, followup.

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using college network, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.

  • Career Guidance: With AI, develop models for Career guidance across industries.

  • Upskilling: Inline with career path, develop guidelines for candidate Upskilling.

  • Candidate Verification: Develop models for candidate verification.

  • Interview Co-ordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews.
