Sales & Recruitment
Join our team and gain valuable experience in sales strategies and career & recruitment processes remotely.
Sales Activities
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients using a variety of sources - both Online and Offline.
Client Outreach: Assist in reaching out to prospective clients through email, calls, social media and virtual meetings.
Material: Help create presentations / proposals / text-audio-video media
CRM Management: Maintain and update records in the CRM system to track Sales activities, progress, followup.
Career & Recruitment Activities
Talent Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using college network, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Career Guidance: With AI, develop models for Career guidance across industries.
Upskilling: Inline with career path, develop guidelines for candidate Upskilling.
Candidate Verification: Develop models for candidate verification.
Interview Co-ordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), adept in ChatGpt; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Interest/experience in sales, recruitment activities or both.
